About the Series Editor:
Dr. Prasenjit Chatterjee is currently working as an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering Department at MCKV Institute of Engineering, India. He has over 80 research papers in various international journals and peer reviewed conferences, including International Journal of Production Research, Applied Soft Computing, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Management Decision, Clean Technologies and Environmental Policy, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Natural Fibers, Benchmarking: an International Journal, OPSEARCH, International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Materials and Design, Robotics and Computer Integrated Manufacturing to name a few. He has received numerous awards including Best Track Paper Award, Outstanding Reviewer Award, Best Paper Award, Bright Researcher Award, Outstanding Researcher Award and University Gold Medal. He has been the Guest Editor of several special issues in different Scopus and Emerging Sources Citation Index (Clarivate Analytics) indexed journals. He has edited and authored several books on decision-making approaches and sustainability. He is the Lead Series Editor of International Perspectives on Decision Analysis and Operations Research, Emerald Group Publishing; AAP Research Notes on Optimization and Decision Making Theories; and Frontiers of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Apple Academic Press, a partner of CRC Press, Taylor and Francis Group. Dr. Chatterjee is one of the developers of a new Multiple-criteria decision-making method called Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to COmpromise Solution (MARCOS).
Morteza Yazdani is a PhD in Business and Management sciences and currently works at Universidad Loyola Andalucia. He worked in University of Toulouse and European University of Madrid as post-doctoral and part time lecturer, respectively. He participates as editorial board of International Journal of Decision support system technology and at the same time reviewer of some journals like expert systems with applications, journal of cleaner production, soft computing, applied soft computing among others. His main research areas are decision-making modeling and fuzzy decision system in application of supply chain and energy systems. He has published in journals like Expert systems with applications, soft computing, journal of cleaner production, management decision, and clean technologies and environmental policy.
Dr. Dilbagh Panchal is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering, Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, Punjab, India- 144011, an Institute of National Importance. He works in the area of Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, fuzzy Decision Making, Supply Chain Management and Operation Management. He obtained his Bachelor (hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, India in 2007 and Masters with Gold Medal in Manufacturing Technology in 2011 from Dr B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India. He has done his PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India in 2016. Presently, two PhD scholars are working under him. Five M. Tech dissertations have been guided by him and two are in progress. He has published 20 research papers in SCI/Scopus indexed journals. Five book chapters and one book have been also published by him under reputed publisher. With this six international conferences have been also attended by him. He also edited a book on advance multi-criteria decision making for addressing complex sustainability issues. He is currently a part of Associate Editors team of International Journal of System Assurance and Engineering Management. He is currently serving as the active reviewer of many reputed International journals under Elsevier, Springer and Inderscience publishers.
