About the Series Editor(s):
Dr. Swati Mohapatra is an accomplished academic and researcher with over 10 years of post-Ph.D. experience spanning premier institutes such as CCMB, OUAT, IIT Roorkee, Amity University Noida. She has also served as a professor and researcher in WKU (South Korea). Currently, she is working at GSFC University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India where she researches and teaches in the fields of microbiology and biotechnology. Her research expertise covers biopolymers and biomaterials for targeted drug and nutrient delivery, biomarker development for influenza virus detection, vaccine development, and waste-to-energy technologies. Dr. Mohapatra has published more than 75 peer-reviewed research articles, edited two international books, and is a recognized Young Scientist Awardee by multiple national and international bodies.
