Checks must be in U.S. dollars and made payable
to "Scrivener Publishing".
Shipping
For customers in the contiguous states of
the US including Alaska, please add $6.00
for the
first
book for shipping and $3.00 for each additional
book.
Either USPS, UPS, or FedEx will be used to ship so please make sure that a street address and telephone number are given.
For Hawaii, please add $15.00 per title. Please enquire about international rates.
